Very quaint and pretty. The hotel is a bit of a rabbit's warren, lots of stairs & hallways but the staff make up for any inconvenience. Lovely little town.

Disappointing stay, would not return
The room was old fashioned and furniture worn. It was fairly clean, but much room for improvement, the remote control was filthy so I gave it a clean. The photos and reviews on the website did not show what it was actually like. Customer service very slow in all areas even though it wasn't busy, reception staff were slow to even acknowledge us. We were the only two people for dinner and yet we were waiting a while to be seated, food was ok for pub grub. I then had to go and find someone so we could pay our bill after waiting for quite a period of time. The best service we had was at breakfast served by a lovely lady who was very helpful and friendly. We would not stay again

Wash basin water very slow in draining. Shower head fell out of holder whilst showering, caused bruise on foot. Excessive noise early morning from delivery personnel pushing trollies outside window. Otherwise all good and bed very comfortable. Fantastic full English breakfast. Managed to park at rear of hotel for the 2 nights I had booked.

A pleasant stay on the main high street in Newport Pagnell with a great little bar at the back of the hotel. The hotel should advertise the food more as it was very good especially the breakfast.
