The Wyndham Grand Phuket is a beautiful hotel. My room offered an impressive view of the sea, and each morning I was greeted by a mesmerizing landscape. The hotel is conveniently located near Phuket's old town and beach, facilitating easy access to taxis. The staff members were friendly and demonstrated a commitment to customer service. I particularly appreciated the innovative feature that allows guests to order food to their rooms through a mobile application. However, there is an area in need of improvement regarding room conditions. Upon my initial check-in, the first room I was assigned exhibited a moldy odor; nonetheless, upon bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, my room was promptly changed.

We really enjoyed the property and the room/view was beautiful. We also liked that it was slightly removed from Patong. The staff was kind and helpful as well. The only issue we had was that, although there were plenty of nice looking options, the food was below average for all of the meals served at the hotel.

This room of the hotel looks decent but I wasn’t comfortable during my stay here. When you turn on the sink the water sprays everywhere! They really need to adjust and fix it. That means the counter of the sink will be all wet. Also it was really hard to sleep at night since the ac is super loud and makes this horrible noise since their ac units are old. The restaurant was average and the workers there aren’t that friendly. Super outdated property and in need of an upgrade. I would recommend staying somehow else.

Spring for the ocean view pool rooms. They are beautiful. This resort is simply stunning. Its set on a hill which provides panoramic views. You get around the resort by cars provided by the hotel. There are two lovely restaurant/bars. They are expensive to drink and eat at in Thailand but about right for a city center drink and food back home. We has the floating asian lunch brought to our room and that was well worth it. The hotel is away from everything but for 50THB the hotel will transfer your to Bangha Road in Patong, where you can see the madness or walk 15 mimutes to the night markets. We were charged 200THB to get back [after haggling down from 400] There are mosquitos at this hotel so please keep your doors closed. But would definitely recommend this hotel.

23:50 59 Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay Geolineandre This is my second visit at Wyndham Grand, Phuket at Kalim Bay since pre-Covid. This has been the best birthday/holiday hands down for me in my 44 years. I would like to recognize one particular staff who has gone above and beyond his duties for making this by far the best memorable birthday ever! From my first day of arrival l was greeted by (Van) Pongsak Pushkin, I can't say enough about this wonderful man, thank you for giving me the best experience ever!! Van made my first day of arrival until my last day at check out, an amazing experience. Van was very professional and showed concern for every guest, he listen to my concerns and work on them immediately, even went out his way to make my 44 birthday memorable. As a solo traveler from Miami, Florida, I haven't came across customer service like this in years. The staff were friendly and treated me like family, I especially enjoyed how the staff called me by name or room number as they greeted me. I felt that was a nice touch to the whole experience. The property is beautiful. The location with a vehicle is close to many activities. I enjoy how easy and convenient it was an access a taxi/car. The hotel staff overall was wonderful. I enjoyed both swimming pools, even though I had a private pool. The spa was absolutely wonderful.
