Japan was a busy holiday, I traveled to multiple locations, and this hotel was a great spot to have a few lazy city-based holidays. I enjoyed the hotel, but it is at an amazing location, and easy to get to any other area within an hour or so.

Excellent hotel, friendly and knowlegeable staff. Very modern and clean. Conveniently located near cruise port and bus right outside door with direct connection to Tokyo main station at 220 yen and 25 min ride. Convenience store next door. Breakfast very good with wide selection of foos.

Fam little far from train but the bus is right outside the hotel door. There’s a supermarket across the street and convenient store a few feet away. Overall nice hotel.

Front staff excellent and very helpful. Room very tiny and no space to put clothes. Had to leave everything in suitcase. Very clean and room towels changed daily and washroom cleaned. No other room cleaning

Close to Toyosu Station. This means it's very easy to take breakfast at Toyosu Market Sushi restaurant. Acrually not next to Toyosu Station, but easy to take public Bus that's coming so frequently. The large public bath is also my favarite point. The direct transportation Bus to Haneda is departing from Toyosu Station. The hotel is serving free shuttle between Toyosu station and hotel. Please check the time schedule on the hotel web site. At every staying Tokyo, I took this hotel, enjoyed bath, delicious sushi then take a flight from Haneda.

Basically everything was good so no complaints. For me personally the bed was really hard so it was fairly uncomfortable, I had to use the comforter blanket as padding to make it better. That's pretty much it, everything else was nicely done!

簡素化され過ぎて、本当にこれで二万以上の部屋なのかと驚きでした。
定価が四万って本当だったのかしら？と疑問に思いました。満足度はかなり低いです。

Great place to stay!
Everything was great once we were there. Friendly staff, great site and location, amenities, etc. My only concern was that I needed to cancel one day on the reservation with lots of notice, and with the fee I was told I would be charged, it would have cost me more to cancel the reservation than to leave it as is. So I paid for a night we didn’t use.
