One of the most iconic aspects of Shambles Square is the last remaining Tudor building in the Manchester city centre. This building is the Old Wellington Inn, and it's classified as a Grade II Listed Building with an alluring half-timbered facade that will make you feel as if you've stepped back in time.
In addition to the Old Wellington Inn, you'll find several other pubs around the square like Crown & Anchor, Sinclairs Oyster Bar and The Mitre Hotel. You may want to stop by each one during your visit, as they all have something special to offer.
