Very nice receptionists - when they were available, otherwise nice bartender or security staff, very helpful. - Very small room, not even a single chair/stool, no table/desk, no night table(s), no space for a large suitcase, only a small coat-rack with six coat-hangers. No elevator (typical steep staircase). Over four days management was unable to solve a problem with the keycard access to the room, access problems each evening anew.

The room and set out was nice the area also but the amount of dust in the room was actually appalling. As soon as you turn on the projector you can just see nothing but dust particles in the air floating around being assisted by the air conditioning.. I’m also still waiting for a £250 holding fee to be returned into my account that I was not informed about when making the booking.
