False advertisement on parking situation
We bought one night at this hotel because of the parking availability displayed on hotels.com. Only to discover on arrival that they did not have any parking and that we were not allowed to park in the streets near the hotel. We were supposed to get a email(which we never got) that explained this, but anyways we could not cancel the stay after we had booked the hotel. Which is stupid.. so its a false advertisement. We had to walk 15 minutes from the parking to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was okay.

Perfect Hotel? Not by a long shot!
I'm writing this review so to complain about a safety issue. We arrived at the hotel late Sunday, July 10th. We we entered the room it was hot and the instructions on the air conditioning was in Polish. Instead of contacting the desk I decided to open the 8 foot glass door that was connected to the balcony. To my shock, the door was not attached in the top left corner. I was able to prop the door with a chair and decided to contact the front desk the next morning. I was informed that it would be taken care of and that we would be able to switch rooms. On Friday I had had enough. I demanded that the gentleman on duty come up to the room and survey the glass door. He politely stated that he would comp the two soft drinks from the mini bar and allow us free breakfasts for Saturday and Sunday. Safety should be a number one issue at any hotel. If I'm paying for a room with a balcony I should be able to use it. Why could they simply have us change rooms? I saw no activity on our floor most evenings/mornings. There were only 6 rooms on our floor. The Perfect Hotel did have positive things going for it. Location, a very good breakfast and a comfy bed were appreciated. However, this incident could have been handled much more professionally. Hopefully, Perfect Hotel will learn from this avoidable mistake.

PERFECT
A recepção é bem simples , apenas um balcão de recepção, mas o atendimento é rápido e eficiente. O quarto é super confortável, com design bem moderno. O único ponto negativo é a falta de local para colocar sabonete e shampoo dentro do Box , mas não atrapalha a hospedagem .

Hotellet er meget lytt så hvis du ømfintlig for lyder er ikke dette hotellet for deg. Vi sov veldig dårlig første natten fordi vi kunne høre den minste lyd fra etasje over oss. Kjøpte øreplugger og sovetabletter neste dag. Det er også en meget spesiell lukt på rommet som kom med jevne mellomform. Da vi kom til hotellerommet luktet det veldig rent, men vi fant ut etterhvert at dette var en luftforfrisker. Den har de nok brukt for å prøve å bli kvitt den dårlige lukten som kommer…. Bortsett fra dårlig lukt og lite lydisolasjon så var dette et hotell med god beliggenhet i koselige Kazimierz. Selv om det var mye restauranter og kafeer rett i nærheten var det ikke noe bråk, til tross for at vi var der fredag og lørdag. Ca 20 min gange til gamlebyen. Frokosten var god :)

Hotel piccolo e semplice, va bene per chi non ha grosse pretese. Camera ben arredata ma piccola per 3 persone (mio figlio dormiva sulla poltrona letto). Cuscini per me inaccettabili per un hotel 4*.sembravamo lavati in lavatrice e il contenuto rovinato. Ho chiesto di cambiarlo ed mi è stato portato un'altro simile. Colazione media, poca scelta per chi la vuole fare dolce. Personale non so definire, all'arrivo la receptionist è stata disponibile e attenta, poi durante la colazione una persona molto per fatti suoi. Complessivamente lo trovo buono, tornerei se trovassi il prezzo competitivo.

Het hotel was heel goed gelegen, veel restaurants en drankgelegenheden in de buurt. Kluis was gratis op de kamer, water werd steeds aangevuld op de kamer. Het ontbijt was ietsje minder, was van 7 tot 10u en werd niet echt bijgevuld. Je moest soms zelf vragen of er nog ontbijtkoeken waren. Er waren eens pannekoeken die reeds gevuld waren met kersenkonfituur, maar die waren volledig uitgedroogd, niet echt te eten. Er waren ook eens pancakes, maar als ze op waren, werden ze niet aangevuld. Er was wel wat afwisseling dat was wel goed. Meer assortiment van ontbijtkoeken zou beter geweest zijn.
