We stayed here at the end of our trip before we flew home to Toronto. Great location for walking, shopping, restaurants. However, the restaurant on the 18th floor is fantastic! Good quality, tasty, and very reasonably priced. We would stay here again.

Lovely suite. The kitchen had a microwave and fridge. Nice that there were 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch. Older building that is nicely renovated and lovely staff. Small pool and small hot tub.

One of the best locations that we stayed in Victoria. The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly. I wish bathrobes were included since there is a pool but it's nothing major. Would stay here again :)

Excellent Service

When we arrived, my son managed to wander off and get lost in the lobby and the front desk staff helped him find us. Then when we left, my daughter forgot a stuffy in the room and the housekeeping and admin team tracked it down and had it shipped to us, which brought a huge smile to her face. Overall stay was great, especially the location, but the staff really went over and above and it made a huge difference.
