Great location near the marina, shops and beach! Stayed one night, the room was comfortable and the free drinking water refill in the lobby was super handy. Parking was safe and a good price as hotel guests (£5/day).

8/10 Very good

Great hotel right on the sea front so good location for beach but also only few mins walk to marina and city shops etc. Staff were always available, very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom was very clean. Have stayed here before and would definitely use again. Area felt safe and good for families. Family room was good size.

10/10 Exceptional

One night stay that was excellent. Helpful and professional check in staff, Very clean room and amenities. I used the gym and that was in very good condition. My only comment would be that as a solo female traveller I was offered a table on the bar at breakfast 'as it was quieter'. I don't think it was deliberately meant in any way to be segregative but it didn't feel comfortable being asked. Of course I declined. Otherwise great stay as always.

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room overlooked the marina which was lovely. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We did not eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that. Right on the beach and within walking distance of bus station and shops. A trip to The Mumbles is recommended.

6/10 Good

A good location and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel needs an investment as the rooms are clean but dated.

6/10 Good

Room was clean and cleaning staff friendly when we asked for additional towels, pillows and top up of soap. Very good selection at breakfast. Friendly front of house staff The one comment I would say is given the price of the accommodation it would have been good if parking was included in the price

Room and hotel very clean and fresh smelling. However one of the towels in room was visibly dirty on arrival. Also, odd that the 'chef" at breakfast was wearing Wagamama branded whites.

Perfect location next to beach and marina with restaurants everywhere. Breakfast was just average but nice room and really comfy bed and pillows
Verified review

6/10 Good

Cons: • Hotel had a water leak a few says previous and there was a nasty smell on level 4 where we were staying and there were blowers in operation trying to dry the place. • The Bar area is small and could be more comfortable and welcoming. • The Deluxe room was big enough and the heating was just about sufficient but noisy. The window sill had water leaking onto it not sure if it was from the water leak or the bad weather? • Overall the one night stay was ok but the hotel is not 4* more like an average 3* Pros: • The Staff were very friendly 🙂 • the room en-suite had a bath a rarity these days which was nice! • 20% off food and drinks as we were going to the Swansea Arena for a show.

Great Location, on the seafront and close to the marina but still within 10 minute walk of the town. Parking on site, very cheap daily rates.
