Cannot fault Sloanes place for the friendly and helpful staff as we arrived. The place was immaculately presented and rooms were clean to a high standard. Not too far from Sloanes Square Underground so a 3 minute walk but bus stations even closer. Unfortunately we did not get to sample the food here as we were on a busy schedule. In one word Lovely will come again.

My room wasn’t as large as was advertised, but it’s an older building and well maintained. Concierge wasn’t super helpful—they didn’t describe any amenities upon check in, but did warn that the front door would be locked after a certain hour and explained that you have to come in through the Sloane Club next door. Room was very clean and the AC worked very well. Some issues: the tub didn’t drain well so you were always showering in a pool of water and Cleaning knocked on the door at 08:30 while we were still sleeping and woke us up. We didn’t have a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, but I’ve never had Cleaning knock before 09:00 before!

Nice hotel and well situated for the Chelsea Hospital concerts. Room was small, but with good bathroom and amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Staff all friendly, but only one person dealing with check-ins at 15.00, when several people arrived, and he seemed to be using a very slow computer system to get us all checked in... We enjoyed the stay, but at £395 a night for B & B, it felt overpriced and not great VFM.

Room was okay but a lot of dust. They tried to charge me twice for my breakfast which was prebooked. Never replied to my email about parking facilities as I am disabled, and then on arrival told me it was over a 5 minute walk for a normal person which I feel is unacceptable. And parking prices were way to high. Restaurant and bar was good clean polite and efficient. Over all not a bad stay but their accessibility facilities and communication is poor

Booked a King Suite for 3 nights. Location was excellent. The lobby was very basic. Our room was clean but had dated furniture- sofa cushions were quite uneven, and it had stains and a tear. The room could use an upgrade to look like the photos online.
