Average for what you expect of a Crown Plaza
Desk front desk was pleasant plus they had the nice little touch of leaving some chocolates in the room and that’s pretty much all that I have nice to say about the stay. Average room, average bathroom, average breakfast, water in the pool was colder than it should be, very expensive parking for guests... Certainly have stayed in much better 4 starts in my life.

Only a relatively small wait at reception for check in. Room clean but maybe soon ready for a bit of a refresh, the toilet roll holder was coming off. Daughter was very happy about the chocolates by the bed! Conditioner was sent up when requested. Excellent position within the city.

Mini break
Erin at check in was fabulous and helpful, very friendly and welcoming. There was a mix up with rooms but Erin made sure we still had everything we needed. I had a Swedish back massage and the lady was lovely. Used the pool for the first time and no complaints. The beds are so comfy, and everywhere was clean. This is my third stay and wouldn’t hesitate in returning!

Nice stay however it was not quite value for money. In retrospect i could have booked a more desirable hotel dor the same price. The pool was rhe main factor why i chose this hotel
