Staff were friendly, location was good but the room could do with some tlc. Carpet was meh and the furniture was a bit battered showing signs of wear and tear. No usb ports which surprised me for London these days. Bed was not comfy, suspect not dissimilar to sleeping at the London dungeons on the rack. Did what we needed but not the best nights sleep I have ever had. Room could do with a refurb, the common areas were perfectly tidy and pleasant.
