The room was dirty. Leftover dog food in room. Trash cans around lobby were overflowing. Two days and no maid service or clean towels. Would never go back here

Room was small and cleanliness left some to be desired. Due to Covid, we thought cleanliness would be a priority. Carpet was dirty and socks were dirty when we walked on it. We have stayed in several Holiday Inn Expresses before and the rooms always seemed to be quite a bit larger.

We arrived and found that they wouldn't accept our Hotels.com reservation. After calling Hotels.com the hotel said that we had already checked in, but they did not know who was actually in the room. After 45 minutes of arguing we finally got a room.

Evening front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. The cleanliness of our room was sub par. The water/juice machine at breakfast was broken. We asked multiple for bed linens and NEVER received any.

Do NOT stay here! The hotel overbooked but lied to us about it. They had us waiting and waiting. We arrived at 4pm way after the 3pm check in and were told to continue waiting for our room to be cleaned. The manager let is slip that they had overbooked and then DENIED she said it. We ended up waiting and then just left to find something else. Will NEVER stay here again. Hoping to get my money back as I booked 1 1/2 months in advance. Terrible service and when we left the "cleaning" staff was outside smoking together, not in any ruch to "clean " ANY room! Horrible service and horribly run!
