Stayed in one of the bungalows. It was great. Joe at front desk was always helpful and all staff were easy going.

It is a good property and employees do their best to make your stay as wonderful as possible, but the property needs more maintenance and better services for the price you pay. No down service, only soft drinks in mini bar and that’s about it. The “pristine villas” are run down and maybe therefore empty all the time. Better management and more realistic prices will make it a better place.

The best hotel in Palau
Really good hotel. Nice view and clean! Staffs are helpful, nice and friendly. Highly recommend!!! I must come back again when I travel to Palau next time.
