As soon as you arrive the staff can not do any more for you! They are so friendly, professional and polite. Our room was ready on arrival (1.30pm) We checked in and was shown to our room. We upgraded to a courtyard suite which was so amazing! Clean, bright and spacious for the 3 of us. (1 Child) We walked in and found a cake which was a very nice touch.
