The staff were truly helpful throughout my 4 nights stay. Room was clean but not spotless, given that the sheets had some old stains. The rooms’ air conditioner is sensor based, so It wasn’t as cold as I expected but not too bad. The hotel’s location was not optimal as it was fairly far from London city center, however, I didn’t mind because I was there for business reasons and the area was quiet, just how i like it to be.

My family had a wonderful stay at London Marriott Hotel Kensington (our 2nd time staying). The location is ideal—conveniently close to the grocery store, laundromat, several wonderful restaurants, great shops, all within walking distance. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, which truly elevated the experience. Our executive suite was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after long days out. The daily breakfast was exceptional and a highlight of our stay, and access to the executive lounge added even more value, with complimentary coffees, beverages, and a lovely afternoon buffet. I will absolutely return to this hotel (yet again) and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
