3 Nov 2023The entire staff was excellent - the Bellmen, dining staff, reception staff and concierge did EVERYTHING possible to make our stay special. Location is convenient with shopping and dining within walking distance. A bit pricey but I would definitely return.

The beautiful bottle of champagne and card from the staff when we got into the room was a lovely touch which showed us how we’d absolutely made the right decision to return for such a special weekend.
Thank you so much, we’ll never forget our experience this weekend.

29 Aug 2023The room size was small and the photos made it look bigger. The shower door did not seal properly so the water leaked into the washbasin area though we did not complain about this as we were there just for 2 nights.
