The staff were wonderful. You could clearly tell they were also embarrassed of the condition of their property. The shower was disgusting, we had to wear shoes in the shower. The smell through the entire building was gross. The beds are hard as a rock and don’t seem like they are actual queen size beds.

Old, run down. Faucet and shower head both had trouble producing enough water. Bed was hard. Pool area was ancient. Breakfast area was too small, and other than oranges and apples had no gluten free options. On the positive side, the room had the quietest heater I’ve never heard.

The first night we were kept up by horribly yapping neighbors and their obnoxiously barking dog. However, the establishment is not responsible for the behavior of their guests, but how they respond. We were given a nice room further down the hall. And there is it; they handled this fantastic. The ladies from the front desk, amongst whom Thelia of Thalia, were all very friendly and accommodating.
