Great spot central to everything
Amazing location, and good size for London. I was staying here with just my two sons and we felt very safe in the area. Size was good for what we paid, and being in one of the rooms at the back it was very quiet, despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of Leicester Square. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in good location and clean. But WiFi is awful only the bed in first floor with normal signal while sofa as well as arc area signal really weak - no network id searchable. Their check-in time at 15:00 and check out 10:00am which is too early.

The location is spot on, really close to Leicester Square.
The property was clean and no issues but given the air con unit was a noisy portable one that you needed to have the patio door open for the hose to go outside sort of defeats the object.

Lovely apartment in a great location.
Very easy process to access the apartment only problem was the room was very hot and the air conditioning unit was very noisy and outlet pipe to it was broken … other than that we had no complaints.

Nice apartment, great location
This is a nice apartment, close to some major spots in London. The place was clean, and the bed and foldout couch were very comfortable. Even though the staff is remote, they quickly answered our questions. The only issues we had were with the internet (which was very unreliable - and even the TV kept freezing because of it), and the door lock (which doesn't always work right). But we certainly would recommend this place.

No sign for location, quite an unwelcoming doorway.?stairs are scary, difficult entry code and keypad very small. Air can was not working at first, it was fixed on second day. Bed was comfortable and location was perfect.

Quirky tiny studio
Quirky tiny studio with comfie double bed. Bathroom was tiny and only good for one night or one person.
Self checking was a bit confusing and finding the place in-between the restaurants was difficult late at night. Needs better signage at entrance. Lucky one of the restaurant hosts saw us looking lost.

We loved the location. Everything was in the walking distance.
Wi-fi was down one evening and I had a hard time reaching customer service. They did not seem to care much. No elevator - we had to carry stroller and 6 suitcases upstairs.
The price was decent for London.

The building entrance and stairway to upper floors was disappoing, but the room was neat, clean and well equipped for one week's stay. It is probably too warm for summer, due to not having wall or central air conditioning. For early June, though, it was excellent.

The apt was clean and well kept. The location is like Times Square. Near everything and trains. Only issue we had was the pullout was painfully uncomfortable. Also, as Americans, we had some issues with the shower. How do you keep from soaking the bathroom after showering? Other than that, I would recommend.

Great location for walking to attractions. Can be hear street noise sometimes lasting to 2 am. We had three rooms. Rooms-3,5 and 7. Room 7 is infested with bedbugs. Bitten numerous times and daughter-in-law had allergic reaction to bites. Ceiling cob- webs were visible.

The location was great, with clear instructions on arrival and really good in-room facilities. Main issue was finding out later in the evening that there was no hot water. Had an early start the next day, so no shower in the morning either. :((

We had a great five night stay. We were in room 6, which is at the top, up a LOT of stairs facing the back (stairs were a slight challenge with heavy luggage & after a long day). It is in a VERY busy area yet was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Laundry facilities on site were a plus. Location was perfect for us as first time visitors focused on the typical tourist attractions. Walking distance to many and very close to the subway to get to the others (& back & forth to airport). Many good food options close by and very close to Chinatown which was an unexpected perk for us. We had no need to communicate with the folks running the place (who are not on site), but email communication with them prior was good.

Awful place. Bed soft and comfortable.No air con. The room was ridiculously hot. Electric fan provided was just noisy and ineffective. Studio situated on the top floor and access by stairs only. My biggest concern was that in the event of a fire on the lower floors there was is no secondary means of escape.

Amazing
Had the best stay here. The apartment was beautifully designed, perfect location where we could walk everywhere! The host was extremely attentive and friendly, helped us with anything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back again. Wouldn’t have any complaints at all.

This had more space than expected for a studio and we were pleased, given what we needed for an overnight stay. However, the lack of sufficient air conditioning or comparable system was insufficient to sustain a good night's sleep.
