The rooms was really nice and clean the only problem is rooms service doesn't come everyday. The staff for the most part was friendly but they don't have a lot of staff so you might have to wait for service if they are busy for things like basic questions.

Love returning to the ‘77 the rooms are always nice and clean and the hotel is really quiet in the middle of the night, and so dark

This is a pretty good hotel in a great location. A few small things bothered me, though. First, I was supposed to receive a $20 voucher and a bottle of water delivered to my room the next day, as I’m a long-time Hotels.com user. However, the front desk completely ignored this, and only on the last day—when I brought it up—did they acknowledge that I was entitled to them.
I was also a bit bothered by how serious the front desk staff seemed.
The hotel itself is in a great location. It’s about a 15-minute walk and you’re in the French Quarter. The hotel has a good restaurant with good food.
