Superb, central location for Leicester Square, theatre land and Soho. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Despite the location, there was no traffic noise at all in the room, which made for a good night's sleep. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and the staff made sure our stay was memorable for all the right reasons, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We will definitely return when next in London.

The staff was amazing from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. The room was very clean and comfortable, although I could’ve done without the emergency light above the door that stays on all night. Right in the heart of Piccadilly, this is a great location and is walkable to all the major sights. Extremely busy area so if you like quiet, don’t stay here. Would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to London!
