Loved how close the hotel was to area attractions, plus they have a good restaurant and there are many nearby. We found the bed and pillows quite nice and loved that they had a pool and hot tub.

Great location and Vibe
Great location and vibe, lots of restaurants near by along with the St Lawrence Market just up the street. Only issue was the TV, not sure who the provider is but did not like the set up.

Great room, but meh view.
The room and lobby were very clean and pretty. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside was the view, which was into a nearby parking garage.

First time in Toronto
The hotel exceeded expectations, it is centrally located to the downtown area, a bit further to Niagara Falls (approx. 2 hour bus ride). Our family would definitely stay there again if/when our travels take us back to Toronto. As a side note, we had the buffet breakfast which was OK but a bit expensive in my opinion. If eating onsite, maybe think to order from the menu.

The buffet breakfast had quite a variety of items and was very good. The pool was also good. I downgraded the rating because we had to deal with an early morning fire alarm that none of the staff were made aware of the cause.

Great Location, great hotel.
Everything about the room and service was excellent. The entrance to the underground parking is a bit awkward as you have to drive past it to park in the check-in area, then make two left turns back onto the street and into the parking entrance after check-in. A minor irritant, but worth mentioning. Toronto traffic…
