Could do so much better
Really disappointing, especially for the very high price tag. The room was unavilable for over 1 hour after checkin time. I was given an upgrade to a falls view (which I thought I already had) to compensate for this but the balcony for this room was full of weeds. The room itself was large and well appointed. The breakfast options (additional cost)were ok but very basic- the hot food seemed ok, fruits were good but cold cuts was only one type of salami and one type of cheese.

Overall very nice, slipping on some of the small..
Staff was great, room was nice, room service was great. The hallways of our floor (12th) were very dirty. There were pizza boxes on the table by the elevator the day we arrived that were still there when we left. The first night we stayed, we ordered room service for dinner. The next day we put the dirty plates in the hallway. Someone moved them down the hallway a few doors, the plates were still there when we checked out. Overall a very nice stay, our room was awesome (what a view!), but some areas could use a good cleaning.
