Great central location, very very close to Times Square which is good or bad depending what you’re looking for. Room was smaller but that’s expected in NYC. Shower had very hot water which was great. Staff was very friendly and valet and checking bags was very easy. Recommend!

The hotel is set in the perfect location, perfect to walk about or to get the subway. Breakfast on the go was good but does get busy. Hotel was very very busy but you didnt hear anything from your rooms. Only downside was there was no ice avaliable from the dispenser for the whole week, that was the only downside.

Awesome experience! Hotel staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The place is spotless. On site restaurant serves great breakfast ($6.50 for guests) and has singing wait staff for dinners. Highly recommended!! I have stayed here three times. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was outstanding. Every staff member was very accommodating from the moment we pulled up in front of the hotel. We were greeted with a hardy smile and welcome. Checking in and out was seamless. The security team was on point and helpful without being over bearing. The maid service on the floor was very attentive. The location speaks for itself, near everything and easy to access. Will definitely be back and will highly recommend to family and friends.

The overall value and location of this property is fabulous! 2 restaurants and the rum bar, wine hour and a free tour from one of 4 hotels weekly. Walking distance to most Broadway shows and steps from the subway. The staff is helpful, kind and friendly! If they had room service or allowed food delivery to your room door, that would be really great! Enjoy Times Square but quiet rooms. Beautiful architecture. Rooms are older due to age of hotel, but well maintained. Could use softer mattresses and some updates but a really good value! We will be back!
