Absolutely loved our stay at the Bellagio. The hotel is beautiful and has such a luxury feel from the moment you walk in. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable, and all of the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Strip, so it’s easy to walk to everything. The pool area was great, and there are loads of restaurants, bars and shops within the hotel. Watching the Bellagio fountains every evening was definitely a highlight. It’s not the cheapest hotel in Vegas, but for us it was worth every penny. We’d 100% stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

All staff was very accommodating! Resort amenities were all enjoyable as well! Wish the hotel had a few more restaurant options, aside from fine dining and cafés. Being able to walk to Cosmopolitan and Aria hotels were helpful and added to the experience of having more options. Exceptionally clean hotel.

The Bellagio was beautiful as always. The staff was helpful. Our room was nice and clean but needed a maintenance. Our television did not work. I went down and talked to the concierge about it on our second day and he said he would send someone to fix the problem. They never came. In our bathroom there were issues as well. First the shower door would jam when trying to open or close it. We had to push and pull so hard I was afraid the glass would break. Also, one of the sinks' stoppers was missing. Overall, our stay will still nice and enjoyable.

Overall hotel for great. Rooms were nice but quite small in comparison with others we have stayed in. Decor in restored room was lovely and shower in bathroom was gorgeous. Negative was air conditioning was noisy and blew cold air straight onto the bed which is not great. Also thought no free water bottles in room was disappointing too.

I've stayed at the Bellagio many times but it is stripped down now. No amenities, not even a shower cap in the room. You have to ask for everything.. Coffee (room service) to the room takes an hour for $30. The restaurants and the gardens are lovely but the cost of the rooms and the condition awful

We stayed here to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and our 10th wedding anniversary. Although we arrived at 11:00 PM instead of the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time, the staff accommodated us graciously and with smiles. However, I had asked the concierge to book a table at the restaurant "LAGO" two days ago, only to be told at the entrance that there was no reservation on record, you cannot use.. —a situation that caused me some panic. There were also two errors with our drink/meal orders at the restaurant; despite the careful planning I had put into the meal for my wife, things didn't go as hoped, leaving me feeling a bit disappointed on such a special occasion. While the service we received was generally good, the room we stayed in on July 7–8 was lacking in amenities; I hope for an even better experience during our next visit.

Of course the Bellagio is amazing. Its location is my favorite location on the strip. The hotel rooms, casino, design, and restaurants are all top notch, clean, and modern. The service not so great this first time at the Bellagio. Check in was horrible. One of three rooms was not available at 6:00 pm check in because we wanted them together. By 11:00 pm we had to ask if it was ready because they never notified us. The workers who assisted in providing the keys were annoyed. And we didn’t receive wine while waiting to check in like all of the individuals in front of us.

I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel, and unfortunately my expectations for this experience did not match my reality . No drinking water in the room , you have to pay for it and when having done a complete tour of Southern California we never ever had to pay for freshwater in our bedroom. This summed up the whole hotel experience. Squeeze every penny from the guests and then expect heavy tips. As you walk into reception, you are assaulted by the smell of cigarettes and you need to be a very aware that the whole of the downstairs casino area is a smoking area and the smell pervaded even up to the 20th floor which is where our room was. As a non smoker , it was nauseating, especially at 7 am when you’re just about to head off a tour. By 4pm the downstairs is a blue fog. It’s a hotel of 2 halves .Beautiful rooms, lovely housekeeping staff, Excellent pool area but indifferent and on occasion semi hostile bar and restaurant service ,and I was very definitely left with the feeling that we weren’t valued as paying guests. Very disappointing…

We stayed here for 5 nights in May and it is in a good location on the strip with easy access to the neighbouring hotels through walkways or the tram. The hotel was really clean and it is well presented. We did feel though that you are paying a lot of money for quite an average experience, which may just be Vegas in general, but things such as not having a kettle of coffee maker in the room and no fridge felt unnecessarily stingy on the hotel's part. This is a high end hotel and yet the in-room experience means you could be staying somewhere a lot more affordable and you'd not notice the difference. There is a small shelf in the fridge/mini-bar in the room for your own items but with the warnings about the fridge being motion censored to charge you if you take any of their items it really felt not worth it to risk it. The bed was super comfy. It was the first time we visited Vegas and wanted to be in the heart of it but I can say that we could have saved ourselves 50% of the cost to stay elsewhere, still in a good location, and not have missed anything about the Bellagio. We took a travel kettle and tea/coffee bags with us knowing the rooms didn't have any so I can advise that if you like your morning tea or coffee whilst getting ready. Also not many breakfast places in the hotel, we travelled out every day for that. If you do eat in the hotel you pay the premium compared to nearby hotel options.

Beautiful hotel! Great room with a view of the fountains and Paris hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable! No coffee maker or microwave. Be prepared for that. Mini fridge is stocked with their items and a small shelf for your items. So this is not a hotel like the norm, it’s definitely for you to have everything sent to you or you buy it as you go. It’s still worth it! One major thing I hated, but hated about every hotel except Park MGM, was the cigarette smoke. It’s not in the rooms, thank god, but when you try to enjoy the rest of the hotel, the smokers rule. Unfortunately that ruined a lot of the visit for me. Next time we will stay at Park. Non smoking. Other than that, it was a great visit!
