Beautiful Hotel

Absolutely stunning hotel with so many unique details. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining options were wonderful. I also loved the location- close enough to walk to the aquarium but also away from a lot of the touristy activity. We can’t wait to return!

I enjoyed the experience at this hotel--especially the experience at the spa. Did you know you can utilize the hot tubs including the steam room. And there is amazing view while you workout at the hotel gym. Does it get much better than that?

Wonderful hotel experience.

We had a partial ocean view room it was lovely. We also had massages at the Vista Spa . The Spa was very clean and peaceful . My Swedish massage was just ok, very little pressure and 60 minutes into it I was annoyed and bored of the lack of pressure. I guess I’ll review the Spa next.

Amazing trip!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and within easy walking distance of Cannery Row. The staff are also very quick to offer assistance or respond to any requests. We will definitely be back!

Expect more for what the rooms cost

I usually stay at the Monterey bay inn, I decided to treat my daughter and myself I thought for the price we were paying the room would be more comfortable, no couch just uncomfortable chairs and the ocean front balcony was very small, my daughter likes to sit on the balcony and play with her toys there wasn’t enough room.
