I travelled from Canada and was exhausted. Walked around the London parks then returned to the hotel to see if I could hang out in the lobby as it was very hot outside. This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Half a block to Hyde Park and multiple tube stops. It’s on a quiet street but two blocks over had excellent shopping and food options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were very clean. They had both full English and continental breakfast available and both were plentiful and good.

We were pleasantly pleased with the comfort of the beds and bedding in our room. The room was smaller than what we are used to, but it was still comfortable, clean, and cool. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to many restaurants, shops, and Hyde Park. There are also subway stations close by. The hotel was very quiet and we loved our stay in London so very much.
