A clear benefit of the central location but still away from the craziness of tourists. Many nice affordable restaurants nearby. The room was clean and functional. The quality of the bed is very high that we did not get any back pain. We loved the amazing breakfast, where we could also order Omelette, Pancakes, French toast, etc., without any additional cost. My fav was the guacamole and the French toasts! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One day we found the room uncleaned when we got back from a long day of sightseeing, and another day without the toilett paper at all, but this was the only small trouble we had and was solved immediately. Overall, very very happy that we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights! Thank you :)

I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. When I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, the team responded immediately and made sure the matter was addressed quickly and efficiently. Housekeeping also did an excellent job. My room was consistently clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the staff’s dedication to making guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Their kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience!

Compared to other Raddisons the room was absolutely tiny, barely enough room for 2 adults to move around in, had to keep moving out of each other's way. The staff we're absolutely fantastic tho, couldn't fault them, be aware that area of London is on the go 24/7.... it's not quiet.
