Great, central location. Lovely, clean, fresh smelling lobby area. Clean room with good amenities inside. My only complaint, which is a significant one, is the room was far far too hot even with the bathroom window open amd the ac on. The bed was super comfy but was like sleeping in an oven.

Only a block away from Marble Arch and easy access to underground, transport and plenty of shops especially a stones throw from Selfridges, hyde Park, etc ...very central and highly recommend. The staff were very accommodating and helpful to our needs such as phoning for the taxis and letting us bring a guest in to have breakfast only with us (we paid for it) as we had a reunion the previous night. Thankyou for making our stay in London memorable.

Check-in was fine and the location was very good however the hotel is very tired, limited amenities. The room was of a good size albeit it overlooked scaffolding next door so difficult to keep the blinds down and the bathroom was very small.

I arrived early but they made storing my luggage incredibly easy. The room was comfortable but it was obviously not meant for people with mobility issues and the bathroom was definitely tricky. I did think that a larger person would have trouble navigating it so do consider that when asking for a room.
But the bed was comfortable and I got a good night of rest.

In a very convenient location, it is a great value for money hotel. The initial double room offered was rather small but the reception was very helpful to change it immediately to a more spacious one. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant looked really good. Not only the reception, but guest services are all excellent. You ask for something, they do it immediately.
Will definitely return !
