Nwver coming back. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Outdated and run down room. A huge draft from our window and generall an ice cold room. The worst thing was the dirty spoons . When mentioned to the staff they somply apologised. .

Really nice room, with coffee and water being filled up. We realky enjoyed that.
Only anoying thing was that the tap was dripping and the closethlight couldn't be turned off.
We also missed hangers in the bathroom for towels and robe while bathing. It's not really nice to need to but your towel on the toilet.

We booked this hotel specifically for the location, as it was near our areas of interest. We were able to walk easily to the theater, and to the British museum. We found varied dining options and shops easily within walking distance as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-stocked, and we were able to have our coffee in the room together every morning. (VERY important to Americans!)
