Ah what a perfect hotel and location! Just at the end of Oxford street and very close to the Tottenham Court Road tube station. The hotel was beautiful with its modern design and decor. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable beds with crisp duvet covers. Gown, slippers, steamer and hairdryer in the wardrobe. Coffee machine and air conditioning that was controlled in room. We didn’t have breakfast but there were plenty of options close by for food. Hope this hotel is available next time we visit London

Clean, modern rooms with all the essentials for a great stay! Hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant area was great with a good selection of drinks and the breakfast was great with choices of cooked or continental options. Location was superb for us. 5 minutes from Tottenham Court Road underground station, just off Oxford street for shopping and only around the corner from the Dominion Theatre and British Museum so something for everyone! Could not fault this hotel at all. Would highly recommend and I’m already planning my next trip.

The hotel itself creates a great first impression. It’s modern and contemporary yet has charming features. The staff are very professional and helpful and I say this because the only blot for me was the room was very warm when we arrived - due to the A/C being faulty. This, given the heatwave, was something important so faulty A/C wasn’t good. However the helpful staff didn’t just send a technician, they moved us to a colder room, with working A/C so my thanks for that. Breakfast in the morning was superb, with plenty of choice and all very fresh.

We had a lovely welcome on reception at arrival. The hotel was clean, spacious and modern. The receptionist gave us a free upgrade to our room and two free drinks to enjoy from the bar. It really made us feel welcomed and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking to Oxford Street for shopping and theatres on the door step. The breakfast was very good. I'd definitely book again.
