Check-in was after office closed at 5p,we got keys from Securit at front gate. Little did we know that both or our GATE SENSORS were dead, so we could not get back into gates after venturing out to dinner at one of the onsight restaurants. We tried calling the office at the after-hours phone number twice the next day but nobody ever returned our calls. Thus, any and all of our problems/questions were never answered or resolved. Apartment had MOLD in showers, especially in master, so did not use after discovered on 1st night. Mold was a major problem with our allergies, so we were extremely uncomfortable. We would advise a complete cleaning/mold removal before renting to any future Hotels.com guests as this was very unacceptable.
