We had a perfect stay. Room was neat amd comfortable. My daughter received some welcoming gifts. We had diner at the restaurant which was really good. No complaints about the breakfast. We will definitely come back when in Zurich.

Second time back! Love the location, amenities, beauty and peacefulness. Close to everything but also backs up to a forest with trails for easy hiking and nature walks. Breakfast buffet out of this world! By far one of my favorite places to stay!

Great location, some (minor) drawbacks
Great view on city and lake, next to a forest for a walk or sports, good breakfast, room spacious.
No gym or anything on site, they send you to the city center where you can buy an entrance...
Staff (mostly Germans) rather unfriendly and careless, should work on their attitude...
Hotel in fairly good shape, although some things were falling apart (loose screws, wardrobe scratched, dirt in the corners, etc.)

Hotel charmoso. Pessoal atencioso, principalmente a mulher portuguesa que nos atendeu no café da manhã. Ela fez valer as 5 estrelas no atendimento. O restaurante de founde do hotel eh mto bom. 4 estrelas para o quarto porque entra luz pela janela do banheiro no quarto. Tb sentimos falta de algo p comer quando chegamos as 11 pm no hotel.
Mas o hotel merece 4,5 estrelas, como nao seria possível dar essa nota, achei mais justo dar 5 estrelas e nao 4.
