The lobby is spacious and pretty. The room is clean and comfortable. However the bed is supposed to be a king but the bed is actually two beds put together because we can feel a gap between the two beds. The location is convenient too. Within walking distance to markets and restaurants.

Great hotel for RAH or Hyde park access. We walked across Hyde Park to the Moco museum in under 50 minutes. Quiet and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Really couldn’t fault. Quiet area to walk at night and look at the beautiful architecture in the area.

We spent seven evenings at the Grand Plaza. It is in a wonderful location, within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall and great restaurants. The underground, with two stations nearby, makes all of London available. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the rooms clean, comfortable, and well appointed. My only caveat would be: don’t have breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It’s unaffiliated with the hotel and was not good.

Fabulous hotel in a really great location..10 minute walk from Earl’s Court underground and close to museums and Kensington Palace etc. There is a restaurant but never used and there is no bar/lounge but that did not hamper our enjoyment as plenty places nearby. Will stay again.
