Deluxe room very large with a nice view and large comfortable bed.
Bathroom was a little smaller than expected given the room size. And perhaps could’ve had somewhere to hang coats etc.
Breakfast was decent although pretty busy at times only had one drink in the Soak bar which was a nice place.

Great location as its next to Victoria train and tube station. Lots of good food, drink and shopping close by.
We received an upgrade on our room which was lovely. Large room with sofa, stocked mini bar and beautiful bathroom with heated floor and towel warmer. Perfect for a November visit.

The staff was unbelievably kind! Our daughter was gifted a cute little Clermont teddy bear making our stay much more pleasant. Can’t say enough great things. Salma and Federica were nothing but great to us. We will definitely be back!!!
