The Clermont exceeded expectations in every way, from the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay to the beautiful property and clean, spacious rooms. Returning to our hotel each night after exploring the city was a breath of fresh air - literally - the hotel smells amazing, like fresh flowers! The location was a bonus as well. This hotel sits right on top of Victoria Station and has a private door for guests to use to enter/exit the station.

I had a brilliant stay at the Clermont and can't wait to return. I was travelling on my own for work and from here first conversation on arrival I knew I'd made the right choice. Lily was so helpful when checking me in,, my room was ready early and she helped out with some items I'd forgotten to bring with me. Breakfast was delicious and I had the best night's sleep I'd had in a long time. Such a central location but very quiet rooms and the comfiest bed.
