Owners were extremely friendly and good with use of translator for english. Very quiet and down to earth place that is decently close to fuji by train. Would definitely stay here again, for the service alone.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my aunt who is wheelchair-bound.

The receptionist is terrible, not friendly, like they don't welcome foreigners. I feel very bad. As for the accommodations. The hot water in the bathroom cannot be turned on for a long time. The water will be hot for a while and then cool. Must be turned on and off periodically.

お部屋はとても綺麗でしたし、朝食のパンのサービスはとても嬉しいです！ しかし、受付の方の対応がイマイチでした。 朝食のパンはロビーで食べるのですかと聞いたら、部屋に張り紙してるんですけど、と言われてコロナ対応でお部屋で食べて下さい、と冷たく言われました。 そりゃ張り紙してありますが、一応の確認をこちらもしてるので、そんなにめんどくさそうに言わなくてもと思いました。

エアコンにすごいホコリがたまっていて薬を飲んでもアレルギーが出るくらいでした。 見てわかるくらい埃が層になってました。 ドライヤーは持参したほうがいいです。

富士山マラソンで利用しました。始発便はさほど混んでなくて良かった。ホテルの立地は駅真横、目の前コンビニで便利でした。朝食6:30〜にして欲しいな。
