Stay regularly at this hotel with business visits & the service is superb - brilliant staff, comfy beds, easy parking & delicious food - 10 out of 10 ….my only crib is that it's a bit too warm throughout the hotel

I regularly stay at this hotel for business trips to Glasgow - all staff are lovely - professional & friendly, helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable - it’s a beautiful building with good parking that can be booked via an app.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were all really helpful, the food was amazing and the rooms we booked were well presented with super bathrooms

Fair 4.0
Usually love this hotel but the superior suite room was right next to both the reception and the front entrance. The noise level was intolerable till the middle of the night beginning again with the clattering of suitcases and loud checkouts at 6am. A sleepless, miserable night. The phone in the room didn’t work which was a real inconvenience. Breakfast was lack lustre too. I’m really disappointed. The receptionist was lovely and comp’d our room service and I appreciate it but really, it’s a very expensive room to be dealing with those issues. now I’m heading to aN important meeting utterly exhausted.

Great location in the heart of the west end, good value for money and lovely traditional surrounds.

Very good 8.0
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We only ate dinner in the restaurant once but the food and service was excellent although don’t expect it to be cheap. We only had the buffet breakfast which was included in the price but hot food was available as extra. When we booked it was advertised as free parking but this has now changed so make sure you ask at reception for tickets to put in your car or you will get a parking ticket. You will however be charged for for these by the hotel at the end of your stay,
