福岡7號設備老舊， 衛生很差，浴室很小，最重要的是衛生真的很糟糕，滿地頭髮像是沒打掃過，門面還可以，一進房會讓人大失所望，電梯口還有一股臭屎味！跟本不是新開幕

房間小浴室的臉盆又小又淺，不能放盥洗用具很不方便，鏡子只有浴室裡面有，房間外面完全都沒有鏡子，不能化妝跟照鏡子非常不方便，早餐尚可，住宿地方離湯圍溝公園蠻遠的，走路要半小時。一開始入住的時候冷氣有聲音，後來要求可以換房間服務還不錯
