There are many issues with this hotel but the major one is the management. Nobody seems to be interested in doing their job and there is no management around to check what is going on.

Nice location. Breakfast not as depicted but adequate. But scrambled eggs, coffee, juice and a few other thins ALWAYS running low or out. Beach chair saved early morning by some guests but not occupied until afternoon causing much difficulty in finding lounge chairs for us ordinary people. Not impressed by the pool bar. They would NOT extend check out for even one hours despite us spending almost $5k for our 7 day stay. It was all “okay” but could have been better.

POC was a good value, beautiful property, and has all the basics for an enjoyable vacation. We loved the hearty breakfast they offered. Tea and fresh water available all day. Great dining options within short walking distance. So glad we did not do all-inclusive because this was such a great deal and there were excellent food choices everywhere.

Great property for a short or long stay! We walked over to Potcake Place to see the puppies! We wish we had more time to check out the beach, but our next stay was at a beach resort so it wasn't a big deal.
