Great stay. First time in this hotel but likely won’t be my last. On check in, was presented with a drinks voucher for two which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We also had a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. This is an all suite hotel so there’s lots of room. It’s fairly basic in the room but had everything we needed. It’s a little way from the West End but there is an overland 5 mins away at Imperial Wharf and it’s 25 mins to Piccadilly Circus. Bar area was clean and well stocked. Staff very helpful and friendly. Don’t really have anything negative to say at all. Enjoyed our stay and I imagine we will be back.
