Early bird check in
Was in need of an early check in and the front desk were more than helpful. The extras fees would've been nice to know about prior to book, parking fee for example. The beds were soft with clean bedding, but the headboards could use a bit of TLC. The shower was okay, it had a but of a draining problem but it got the job done. My issue came with the installation of upgraded TV during a time that we finally got to rest after a long drive and no sleep. They did send out a note after the service had already been completed. I understood they didnt want to put it off and forget. But my mom had been up 70 hours and just wanted to rest. Overall, it wasnt a terrible stay and it surved its purposes for us being in town. Has a pool and fitness center which is nice.

hotel is conveniently located near the LA airport and beautiful Manhattan beach. Room is spacious, beds are super duper comfy! The pillows are thick and deep, and the TV is actually a very good size TV. The hotel is nestled among trees and greenery! Just beautiful lobby and hallway smells nice fragrance which is a big plus when entering in. Parking cost of $30.

Close to LAX, which we were looking for. Reasonable prices. Had an outdoor pool (we did not use). Workout room had 6 or 7 machines, weights and a few other items. Restaurants nearby were fast food or super casual - we did not see any place with waitstaff. There is a grocery store nearby.

What? No hot water for the shower?
No hot water so myself and family had to have cold showers. There were no sheets for my daughter's sofa bed. Had to call front desk for that and were told they would have to look for a pillow as they did not have extras. They said they had to look for a "clean one". Key cards works for 2 swipes then were not working properly anymore. Over priced for what the experience was for sure!

The hotel is very nice. It was the best price for the area, HOWEVER, they charge thirty dollars for parking which is not obvious when you book through Hotels.com. Also, no microwave in the room, which I need I night and the security fee of one hundred fifty dollars is quite high but we will get that back. Why do hotels charge for parking. The building is already there and has been for years. I know, just another way to get money

The hotel was wonderful: easy check-in, comfortable, clean, close enough to the airport that it's a short trip to get there, not so close that you hear the airplanes taking off/landing. And the price was perfect. I recommend this hotel.

Not the best customer service.
So first thing is first, I was made aware of a $30 charge for parking when checking in. That is something that should of been disclosed prior to me booking this hotel. I get told that it's $30 dollars to park, I look outside and there were no less than 100 empty parking spaces, so I'm guessing that we are subsiding their inability to book rooms. 2nd issue- I went to use the ATM machine in the lobby on my way out for the night, and my card was locked in the machine. I told the young lady at the desk but nothing could be done, because the ATM belongs to a 3rs party, not a problem. I get up the the next morning and my ATM card was still stuck in the machine, no one, and I mean no one was concerned about the ATM other than me, myself and I. They could care less what happened because the ATM belonged to "a 3rd party."

Friendly service, good amenities, close to airport
Very friendly check in and check out, super clean room. Breakfast was available but you have to pay and parking is 30$. Just an FYI! Everything was great though!

Decently nice airport hotel for the price. Very close to LAX and a free shuttle service. Beds were comfortable, little coffee bar had decent breakfast. Didn't love the $30 parking fee, but overall, I'd stay again.

Worst hotel I ever stayed now. Not sure how this hotel getting high ratings. Very smelly hotel , sketchy area. Rude front desk staff , had to wait 40 minutes to just check in. Outdated hotel. Plus they charge $30 for parking which is not even monitored as there are signs park at your own risk. Don't waste your money here.

Economy trip
No real breakfast available. Only Starbucks counter with limited food service. No good. Also shuttle stopped running by 9 pm and had to take a taxi for $45 to hotel. Very poor service availability for travelers. I will not use this hotel chain in the future.
