No bugs. It was clean but the sheets were a bit stained but it didnt bother us too much. Amazing location. Friendly staff. No AC, had to sleep with open window to be able to sleep/breathe. Maybe don’t come here in the summer but in the Autumn months I would recommend.

We really appreciated the location and the outside view from our room. The amenities were satisfactory and our room seemed well-kept. Unfortunately, we were given the room right next to the elevator, which meant hearing the constant going in and out in the hallway, regardless of the time of the day. What bothered us the most though, was the front door of the building closing so loudly it would wake us up, or simply prevent us from sleeping altogether. We believe fixing this is a top priority for the wellbeing of the guests. The windows were deteriorated badly, the wind hitting them would also make noise and disturb our sleep. Lastly, a few lightbulbs were broken and needed replacement.

I'd spent a lot on events for a birthday weekend in London, so I picked a budget hotel to save some money. I had checked reviews on booking websites, which were all fairly good. But then I saw the negative reviews on Google and my heart sank. But I needn't have worried - the room was clean and appointed well enough. It was on the basement level which proved a bonus as it was cooler and quieter than we expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Its very conveniently located too. Yes it wasnt the Ritz, but then I didn't expect it to be. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and would recommend it if youre not looking for luxury, but a clean, quiet room.

Wedgewood Hotel is a great hotel to stay at. The staff is super helpful. I accidently booked a hotel with no A/C so that was my fault but I tried to get an extra fan and only 1 per room so that sucked! The bathroom does need some attention. The floor tiles are cracked and the toilet seat moves! We managed but yes they need to fix some things. The bathroom is small but that's Europe! Very close to the main strip full of shops/restaurants! And very safe day or night. Close to Bayswater and Queensway tube station

Great location in the old Notting Hill row house district. Safe neighborhood and plenty of pubs with the yellow line only a couple blocks away. That said, the rooms are in old Notting Hill row houses and they seem to have done the best they can with the resources available, but the price was fair and if all you need is a bed and bath, this was fine. Staff was great and we would stay there again.
