Nice & modern hotel close to MIA airport. The shuttle works very well from the airport to hotel and vice versa. Some toiletries should be add to the room as price is not cheap at all due to its closeness to the airport.

My stay was bad since I arrived. 1. They gave me the room late. 2. The room didn't have air conditioning 3. He changes my room, but they don't send anyone to help. 4. I didn't have room service 5. There was no body wash in the bathroom, I asked for it and they never gave it to me. Anyway, it was a terrible service.

Four of us stayed at a double queen bed room. The hotel is very modern, clean, close to the airport and port of Miami. Room was beautifully decorated with a flamingo mural and big modern chandelier and hidden away in the closet was a mini fridge and microwave. Free and safe parking is included. But we wished it include breakfast.

When we arrived, everything was great. We’ve stayed back in May 2024. This time the room was unfinished. The ceiling was not completed, it was cement with writing in random areas. There was only 1 chair in the room, when it should have been 2. We were very disappointed. The only good part is the restaurant and they offer late check out for an extra fee. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again.

The photos make it look better than what it is, especially the "restaurant" which is just a bar with a few tables around it. And the "cafe" was a shelf with hardly any snacks left. Nice clean room, comfortable beds. It was quiet and I appreciated that the lobby offers complimentary coffee and water all day.
