We arrived early, though we couldnt check in early we were given our parking pass so we could park up amd go exploring. The car park is right on site amd easily accessible. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was amazing. The bed was very comfortable to get in after a lovely long soak in the bath. No issues with the tv. In a closet there were tea/coffee making equipment, hairdryer, iron and trouser press. Oh and there was also an electric fan which was amazing as it was such a hot day.

The Old Swan Hotel was a beautiful hotel with a lot of Old English charm that you don’t get nowadays,The breakfast was great so much food to choose from.The staff were always pleasant and polite.The room was perfect and the bed was so nice, i would definitely recommend and stay here again

I found out room very shabby this time, we were at the back above the kitchens with scaffolding outside on the wall. There had obviously been a leak in the ceiling at some time and some efforts to patch it up weren't too great. The bathroom window had a crack in it so did the bedroom window. However this did not spoil our stay as the room and bathroom were very clean, the rest of the hotel was beautiful and the staff were lovely.
