Ett standard Scandic-hotell, varken mer eller mindre. Har man rum mot motorvägen hör man mycket vägljud in på rummet. Frukosten var bra (som den brukar vara på Scandic).

Högljutt, hörs när folk går i korridorer. Någon använde skruvdragare på senkväll. Dåligt utbud av vegetarisk mat på kvällen. Frukosten får 2 av 5 pga dåligt utbud för vegetarianer och torra gurkskivor. Killen i receptionen vid incheckning var ju bäst och positiv. Trevligt bemötande av all personal. Fick extra kuddar.

Efter en lang køretur på 8 timer landede vi sultne på Scandic Örebro Vest. Check-in tog lang tid, da der kun var en receptionist til at checke de tre øvrige foran vores gruppe ind. Vi skyndte os op på værelse og smide vores ting inden vi søgte restauranten på hotellet. Her stod vi også i kø og ventede på den ene tjener som kunne give os bord. Da vi fortale vi var 7 personer til middag kiggede tjeneren blot på sit armbåndsur og sagde at ‘de i aften ikke havde pizza eller salat’. Dvs over halvdelen af kortet, og årsagen til at vi tog den nemme løsning med mad på hotellet. Hotellet virkede slidt og der var huller i gulvtæppet og der virkede ikke til at der blev gjort rent, da vi fandt madrester og snavs som ikke hørte til i en restaurant.

Det var en väldans massa barnfamiljer under mammas (83 år) och min (52) vistelse hos er. Tog väldigt mycket plats och var högljutt, stökigt och er personal var inte tillgängliga för oss andra hotellgäster. Vi bodde på första våningen, rum 102 och det är extremt lyhört ut i korridoren. Barnen sprang förbi i tid och otid och man hör minsta lilla ljud. Där är en utgång mittemot rum 102 där personalen gick ut med högt skramlande vagnar och det pratades på under sen kväll och tidig morgon. Oerhört dålig service i baren/restaurangen när vi på lördagskvällen ville ta en öl och ett glas vin där. Vi fick till slut gå därifrån då barnfamiljerna verkade gå före samt att det var alldeles för låg personal. Man får inte heller köpa öl och vin för att ta med in på hotellrummet, högst ovanligt och förvånande. Frukosten var stimmig på lördagen med alla barnfamiljer. Dåligt påfyllt och stökigt. På måndag morgon var det betydligt bättre!
