I booked 4 rooms for me and my family over 2 nights. The amenities of the hotel (bar, lobby, Langham club, restaurant, pool & gym) and location were good especially if you like being next to the shopping malls. The rooms are a little tired and needed some TLC. However the hotel staff like the ones at reception were excellent and attended to our every request with the utmost consideration. Where the rooms lacked, the staff really made up for it and I can say that me and my family will always remember Langham hospitality!
