A little hard to charge things while out of room as we only had one key. Nice stay although room is a bit crowded with tv at end of bed and desk so close. Easy to hurt yourself getting up in the night. Bar staff very friendly.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet particularly considering it was on road and train station side. Bed was two singles that were not joined together. This hotel was fun to stay at. it is nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. The hotel bar and restaurant are excellent. It is very nicely located next to the train station and lots of food and shopping. It is a short 7 to 9 minute train into Amsterdam Centraal and about a 25 minute bus ride to Zaanse Schans. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was lovely however you are in an area which feels unsafe at night. There is anti-social behaviour and it needs refurbishing it’s quite dirty and the escalators are broken permanently. Good links to Amsterdam by train as the station is opposite the hotel. 8€ return in central. The rooms in the hotel are very close together so you can hear the people next to you. The spa is in need of some TLC the steam room was broken and the pool is freezing but the staff were lovely and I would give this 3* not the 4 it currently has.
