From the moment I walked into the hotel, Muhammad the doorman greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and said, “Welcome back, I remember you guys.” That alone made my husband and me feel so good—Muhammad was truly amazing. I also wish I remembered the name of the gentleman at the concierge desk. He absolutely blew me away when he greeted me by my last name and even knew that my flight had been canceled upon arrival.
