Stay was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms had towels and shampoo. The breakfast was very good, fresh baked croissants, pain au chocolat cream buns, cereals, eggs, rice, bread, fruit, juice, tea and coffee is what I can remember. Staff was good. There were 2 negatives, the light in the room was very dark, which was disappointing. We asked for an extra lamp for room but it was not provided. The lifts were slow, it would take time to move between floors.

A below average hotel with the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Apple Maps doesn’t have the hotel in the correct location so we walked back and forth looking for it for 10 minutes before finding it in the first place. Lobby is under construction so escalator isn’t working and needed to wait for a lift to get to the reception area, which isn’t on the ground floor. Our room was in the “new” building, meaning we had to navigate through the construction again to go outside and find our room in the building opposite. Room appeared very tired but clean. The air con was stuck on so we were cold while sleeping. All of these things could be overlooked if not for the mattress that felt like it must be 20 years old with springs bulging out into your spine or organs. Oof. The breakfast was very good, albeit crowded, and the staff were kind while very busy.

Hotel was clean, checkin was easy, although I hadn’t realised that there were 2 separate blocks which was unnerving when I arrived for a late checkin. The hotel is clean and comfortable but is quite dated. We were there on a very windy night and the windows whistled and rattled. Hotel is in a good location close to the tube and good bus routes.
