The Staff were always courteous and polite. Breakfast was excellently prepared for the Patrons and there was always a good assortment. Rooms are always kept extremely clean. I would assess the Adams Inn as a 4 accommodation and would recommend this location for anyone wishing to stay in Ottawa. I will be heading back again in May for another stay.

From walking in, the feeling was calm, clean and welcoming. I have been to many destinations but the staff at Adams Inn Airport were exceptional. Rooms are ample and well allocated.
