Charged me twice for parking !!
decent overall but wasn’t happy with being charged twice for parking, a guy charged me on arrival and on leaving the lady on day shift charged me again for parking. I only realised the day after because she didn’t say she was going to charge me for parking and if she did then I would of told her I’ve already paid, she just charged me on her own accord but without checking her system, it’s not about the money but if your paying for a service then should receive that.

Really nice hotel, newly refurbished. The only negatives were the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, good mattress but the double is small and the pillows were not great. They didn’t refill bathroom toiletries at all through the stay, which I would suggest they do. Having to pay for parking is really not great, as an hotel guest, you expect parking included. Other than that, I recommend, and will return.

Decidedly average. Monosyllabic reception staff who did the bare minimum to check us in and help with a later issue we had with our room. Breakfast ok but for the brand and room rate I’d expect fresh rather than frozen and tinned fruit. Health club small, tired and felt rather grubby. Not worth the room rate.

We took two children aged 14 and 17 but we only had two double beds and the reception said we couldn’t change rooms as this is how all the rooms are set up which is very poor for family’s with male and female children.

Mixed. Lovely hotel but poor sleep
Great hotel with lovely facilities. Had to ask three times for a cot despite being told it would be in the room. Literally had to take my son to reception in his PJs before it happened. Lots of shouting in thr corridor in the early hours for a long time. Reception were not interested in helping and just shrugged it off. For £200 a night I would expect this to have been addressed
