A great value! Clean, comfortable, a bit noisy but overall excellent. We stayed in a family room located below ground level. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for our two night stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A decent breakfast was served in the breakfast room, down the hall on the same level. The only thing is that the street noise from a group standing outside at 1am on one night and a car another night woke us up. But some noice is to be expected in London. Overall, a great stay and a great value. I'd stay again.

Perfectly located for a weekend trip with easy access to transit. Staff was all lovely and the building was in great condition, lift and breakfast were a wonderful bonus. Room was small but we'll appointed with convinences like bedside plug
